Nha Trang Beach

When it comes to Nha Trang souvenirs,Dam Market (Chợ Đầm)is the classic destination, but there's one thing to watch out for. The one featured in guidebooks and older articles —the round, lotus-flower-shaped market building — closed in March 2021. It was deemed at risk of collapse due to aging, and vendors have already relocated to the new market building next door.
For shopping,The new market building(opened in 2016, three stories, 4:00 AM–4:30 PM). If you go looking for the round building you saw in photos, you'll just find it still closed.
The custom for haggling at markets is to start by offering about a third off the asking price and settle around half off. If you'd rather pay fixed prices, it's easier to shop at commercial complexes like Nha Trang Center (3-5 Phạm Văn Đồng) or Vincom Plaza Trần Phú.
