Saigon's popular Vietnamese restaurantQuan Buigroupin Thao Dien, Thu Duc City,noat 14 Vo Truong Toan Streethas soft-opened the complex dining venue "Quan Bui Complex"on November 8, 2025.With three concepts, Vietnamese cuisine, Thai cuisine, and a cafe, sharing a single building, it looks set to become a new dining hub for Thao Dien.
Three faces in one building
The complex houses three brands: the Vietnamese restaurant "Quan Bui Garden 3," the Thai restaurant "Sticky Rice," and the coffee space "Cafe’In." It is designed so that Vietnamese and Thai flavors, plus after-dinner coffee, can all be enjoyed in one place. Quan Bui has honed a style of serving traditional cuisine in a refined, modern space with an Indochine touch.
Soft-opening perks
During the soft-opening period, all food menu items were 30% off, and fragrant tea and traditional Vietnamese sweets were served. A 10% discount usable at the group's other outlets was also offered. Thao Dien is a popular area among foreigners, dotted with boutiques and cafes, so adding a large dining hub to one of its corners carries real significance.
