A three-story glass building in Thao Dien

The new store is at 16 Thao Dien. The three-story glass-walled building divides roles by floor. The first floor is a showcase of baked goods, cakes, and coffee. The second floor is a bistro serving cocktails, light bites, and savory dishes (opening later than the bakery). The top floor is a production lab, where the team led by executive pastry chef Brian Gartner finishes the products for both stores.

Signature menu and baked goods

Staples include the classic croissant, cashew chou, orange-Aperol tart, and macarons with truffle-cured salted duck egg. Beyond sweets, there are also handmade earrings, aroma candles, and craft gin. The takeout bags use sustainable materials like cassava-derived biodegradable material and recycled paper—a sustainable stance is another feature.
