Trung Nguyen E-Coffee's greatest strength is the overwhelming breadth of a menu carrying over 100 coffee products. You can casually savor at the caf\u00e9 the diverse blends Trung Nguyen Legend has developed over many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first thing we want you to try is traditional phin drip coffee (Ca Phe Phin). Trung Nguyen E-Coffee's feature is that it's rooted in Vietnam's \"living spheres,\" not just tourist areas. Whereas Highlands Coffee and The Coffee House concentrate in urban commercial areas, E-Coffee has permeated residential neighborhoods, regional cities, and further into hotels, office buildings, and transport hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the result of a groundbreaking business model of zero franchise fees. An ordinary caf\u00e9 franchise requires an initial investment of several million to tens of millions of yen, but Trung Nguyen E-Coffee needs no membership fee or royalty. In exchange, using Trung Nguyen's beans is the condition. With this \"zero-fee franchise\" model, even regional sole proprietors can casually open a caf\u00e9, and as a result a store network has spread across Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The merit for travelers is the reassurance of coming across a \"familiar sign\" even in areas off the tourist track. When traveling regional cities, having a place to drink coffee with peace of mind where the language is hard to get through is reassuring.
