On July 1, 2026, Vietnam's Ministry of Health stated that, as of July 1, 2026, the health declaration under Decree No. 165\/2026\/ND-CP is not uniformly or permanently mandatory for all travelers entering, exiting, or transiting through Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However,as of August 2026, foreign nationals entering Vietnam are not required to submit a health declaration in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
