It\u2019s unusual for two Vietnamese cities to be selected at once, underscoring the country\u2019s growing presence as a major tourism destination in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">News overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UK city-guide media outlet Time Out publishes its \u201cWorld\u2019s Best Cities\u201d ranking each year, based on a survey of more than 24,000 residents living in over 150 major cities worldwide and evaluations from more than 100 local experts.
